Amitava Sur is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has an overall experience of more than 30 Years in the Industry in Companies including MMTC Limited, Crompton Greaves, Max Telecom, Thomas Cook India and Danaher Corporation. He has worked in varying capacities in the domains of ACCOUNTING, FINANCE, TAXATION, TREASURY, COMPLIANCE AND GOVERNANCE and STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT ,with increasing responsibilities; his latest stint at Portescap ( a Danaher/Altra /Regal Rexnord business) was that of Managing Director for the India Operations for over 4 years, till his departure in October 2023.

Pratyush Chattopadhyay is a Management Accountant and MBA, with a proven track record of more than 28 years in the Industry including ACC , Reliance Group, BOC ( now Linde), Greaves Cotton, Jenson & Nicholson amongst others, specializing in Indirect Tax, Tax Technology, Governance and Policy Incentives. His last assignment was that of Head of Indirect Taxation at ACC and Ambuja Cements with added responsibility of managing Policy Incentives. This combination will help in effective Business partnering with a special focus on improved EBITDA and cash.

Basant Das is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and an alumnus of St. Xavierʼs College, Ranchi .
He has also acquired DISA certification. He possesses more than 24 years of experience of working in Service Sector Corporates viz. AVVNL (a Rajasthan State PSU) and CEIL (a Wholly owned subsidiary of EIL, a Navratna CPSE under MoPNG). He is proficient in conceptualization and implementation of customized systems like BTS, Invoicing Module, OPMS, Management Information Systems, MSME related compliances, Strategic Planning and Analysis, and CFO Services.
